Erika Shepard is a Family Nurse Practitioner now serving as a mind body healer and wholeness coach… living and loving in Charlotte, NC. She originally hails from Cleveland, OH, and has also lived in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and California. Her background as a RN includes mainly working in psychiatry/mental health and emotional trauma, along with several years as a neuro trauma ICU nurse in a level II trauma center. Her NP training comprises holistically of conventional family medicine, integrative and functional medicine, and mind body medicine. Erika truly believes that everyone has the power to heal, and that everyone innately knows the path to their own healing. She is a life-long learner and is constantly curious, reading, listening, adventuring, and exploring.
Erika very much enjoys world traveling, road trips, good food, music/dancing, and being outdoors as much as possible by hiking/camping, yoga. She values quality time with her loved ones, and her three kitties.
